"Hello,
I’m writing to you in order to get some more infromation about Science Center Spectrum. We are
international students from Denmark and we need to do the univeristy project we talked about
earlier today with Mr. Neuert.
Our project is about responsive web design – but to make it clear: we are not attempting to make a
new website for Science Center Spectrum or Berlin Techic Museum. We have just chosen your
museum as client for our project because we find it interesting. The only thing we want from you is
information that helps to write our confidental report of the project.
It would be very nice if you could answer the following questions:
What is Science Center Spectrum vison?
What is Science Center Spectrum mission?
What is Science Center Spectrum values?
Who is Science Center Spectrum target group?
Who do you think is Science Center Spectrum biggest competitor (maybe other science museums in
Berlin)?
What is Science Center Spectrum communication plan: how do you advertise yourself? How do you
make sure that people know the things that you want them to know about you? How do you
communicate with your customers?
What are Science Center Spectrum marketing strategies?
We have heard that visitors have answered some questionaires for statistics – it would be very
helpful if we could see the results of those surveys.
The projects is not going to be public, it is only going to be seen by our teachers.
At the end of the project we could send you the report and the website prototype if you are
interested.
